i ordered furnitures from them on 03/08/2013 it is 05/20/2013 jacquelin gives me a different story every time at first the furnitures came damaged and she had to send it back 2 nd they had inspection 3rd the furnitures are on the port of tampa and they could not clear it cause the truck was not equipt to unload 4th she had an asthma attack and could not get to tampa port to get the furnitures. today is monday they will not answer their phone.i will not leave my $4150.00 for them.i am going to contact my bank to see if i can get my money back the woman even came to my house unannounced saying how sorry she is that she had just got out of the hospital and she looked like she was high on something

these people still have not return my call from that furniture store. $4150.00 is a lot of money to loose they cash my check the same day at amscot since03/08/2013 now they will not answer their phone.

I have retained an attorny and i will see them in court.home and mattress furniture is bad buisness. People keep your money and dont even think twice going there these people needs to get short downn by the feds its all a scam

Late furniture/no rtn call

i have been waiting on a sectional and dinette set for over a week, i have not gotten any rtn calls regarding the furniture or about my refund since they cannot deliver. I will be contacng BBB and ABCAction news regarding the service and unprofessionalism. i am very displeased with the service at this business and pray to GOD no one else will have to go through what i have been through with this copany. Kenny and his wife Jaqueline were very misleading and made no hesitations on taking my money knowing they could not deliver as promised. they are shiesty.

HOME AND MATTRESS REVOLUTION

I WAS IN THE STORE TRYING FOR THE 5TH TIME TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED TO ME WHEN I REALIZED THAT THE EMPLOYEES WERENT EVEN GETTING PAID FOR THE HOURS THEY WORKED. I OVER HEARD AB OLDER LADY TELLING SOMEONE ON THE PHONE THAT NO ONE WAS GOING TO GET PAID THAT DAY WHICH WAS A FRIDAY. SHE WENT ON DURING THE CONVERSATION SAYING THAT THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AND SHE WAS TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER JOB, SHE NOTICED ME LOOKING AND CLOSED THE DOOR THIS IS WHEN I REALIZED THAT THIS COMPANY IS TAKING MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS AND ACTUALY USING IT TO PAY THEIR OWN BILLS, THE OWNERS ACTUALY LIVE IN THE WAREHOUSE. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I SAW ONE OF THEM COMMING FROM THE BATHROOM AREA WHERE THERE IS A SHOWER. HE WAS IN A TOWEL AND WENT THROUGH THE WAREHOUSE DOOR.I ASKED ONE OF THE WAREHOUSE GUYS WHY HE WAS GOING AROUND IN A TOWEL AND HE TOLD ME THE OWNERS BECAME HOMELESS AND LIVED IN THE WARE HOUSE. THIS IS A POORLY RUN BUSINESS, AND A TOTAL RIP OFF. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH STEVE ANDREWS AT NEWS CHANNEL 8 IN TAMPA, WE HAVE TALKED TO ONE OF THEIR DELIVERY PEOPLE AND ALSO A WOMAN FROM THE FRONT OFFICE, WE WILL BE PUTTING TOGETHER A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT INVOLVING 24 CUSTOMERS 2 OF THIER VENDORS AND 2 EMPLOYEES. Bad return policy

I went to Home and Mattress to buy my entire house, I went in on a Thursday, It took seven hours to choose my entire house of furniture, over three days, I was quite happy and found exactly what I want . Then I was told it would take ten days, but I was so very excited about moving in my first home and wanted it done right away and this ten day period of time would be too long to wait to receive my furniture, I told them this and they assured me if the proper time is given t o get everything it will all arrive unbroken under warrantee, and if I rush the order things might be out of stock they have to get stuff from all over and it will be assemble carefully without rushing and damaging the furniture. Blah balh balh, I placed the order and paid for it on my credit card and was given the receipt with all my items as I kept looking at the ten days the more depressed I was feeling and I went home that night and could not sleep realizing that I will have to look at my empty house, I took the day of the next day and the next day and the next day, I went to Badcook, Rooms to go and Kanes, I bought anything that could be delivered to my house tomorrow, it did not matter what it really looked like or even the colors, I just wanted it now, I can't believe a few days before I spent six hours choosing the right color and the right shape and size and measuring everything and concern with every detail , I went form that to what can you deliver tomorrow. I was so excited that I got some of my furniture but them found out what the first store told me that stuff might be out of stock or arrive broken or get damaged in assembly, it is like the people at mattress revolution jinks me because everything they mention happened . So now I went back to each company and changed it out for other stuff they could deliver. All three company have my money including Mattress Revolution. it is now ten days and I have most of my other furniture, I was using my credit card so I did not miss the money, but Mattress Revolution called me on Friday to set up delivery. well I forgot all about them in the frenzy to get my home decorated, I refused delivery and told them I want my money back and they won't give me my money back and if they do they want to charge me 5% restocking fee, for them returning the product back to their company they bought it from.

Well, no offence, but it sounds like you were in the wrong by being impatient and not cancelling your order with the first company. A lot of stores have a restocking fee for that very reason. I am sorry, but you have to right to complain

I went back to then because Badcock did not deliver my merchandise when I thought they would and now I am waiting twice as long. I went back to mattress revolution and apologized for canceling my order.

And causing them a hassle.

They delivered to me and gave me free delivery and free set up and I am happy with their service now I am fighting with Badcock to get my money back from Badcock and their return policy is even crazier. Good luck with your case.

they did the same thing to me only difference is that i did it with time i started in nov 2011 and my moving date was for beginning of may it was the day of my move and i only got to pieces out of all the furniture i ordered from them I'm all the way in tx now but i am gonna make sure to get my money back I'm gonna send them to court and there gonna have to pay me back plus legal fee and my expenses too they are the worst i don't know why they are not shut down yet

No Problems For Me!

I had read these reviews before going to this store and asked them why they had so many bad reviews, after getting great service and prompt delivery. Seems the reviews were posted during the time the store was closed for 6 months during renovations. They felt it was a malicious attack by their competition to hurt their business. I've heard of this happening, other friends of mine that have businesses are having the same issue and is why I make my own analysis of a store and their services. You can trust this store to deliver, but don't take my word for it, go in and see for yourself.

yes either this person is one of the few lucky ones that they actually did what they were suppose to do or they are some one that works there. Wich is what is sounds like.

Cause what competition do they even have? There is not other furniture stores even by them. And I dont think any other stores would waste there time trying to hurt there store. They do a pretty good job of that them selfs.

They can hardly keep it open as it is.

With what they do to customers and with the recent arrest. So trust they are very evil people and are just good at hiding it.

Need witnesses

I have already listed a complaint on here regarding Home and Mattress Revolution. This time Id like to put the word out there that I need witnesses. Ive been to mediation twice with this company and now waiting on my court date. This all started in May of 2011, broken promises with delivery dates, damaged furniture, had to pick up my own furniture which was told they would replace and here its now Feb. 2012. They wont answer phones, return phone calls, give my money back, nor replace my items. I plan to take this to the end. Theyve done alot of customers wrong and to the best of my knowledge nothing has been done. Im doing all that i can but can use some backup. I filed a complaint with consumer protection. The owners of Mattress Revolution know that consumer protection has no legal jurisdiction over them so they still want to give me a store credit or furniture.

Really, like after all that has happened I want to deal with their scams and bull.

This is absolutely crazy, no one can do anything to them. They know all the ins and outs of the law that protect them.

They gave me a refund check for my money and then stopped payment. Really!When you go to the store to get your money Jackeline hides in the back and won't come out until you leave. I want to picket the store. Make them lose what I have lost and many other customers.

The same thing has happened to me.

They won't give me back my $1,200., no furniture, nothing. I am taking them to court.

NEGATIVE 5...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....I ordered furniture two weeks ago i got not even half of my order. Now I call they hang up...I spoke to a very rude female who told us that they are unable to bring our furniture because the Fire Marshall shut them down until the 16th my boyfriend went in there and they were open and having a tent sale.

I have contacted Bay News 9 and the better business...this is a shady company that gets you to spend money AND DOES NOT DELIVER. The female that i spoke with said that on the receipt it says that it can take 20 days however you dont get a receipt until AFTER you have paid. We spent 4k on a bedroom set with mattress and dining room set.

Zero customer service, and lies.

I ordered from this company having read bad reviews because the furniture was inexpensive, and what I needed fot the short term. I placed the order on 8/26/11, having been told it would arrive in 7 to 10 business days, I hoped for the best. I called on 8/6, and was told the order was due 8/10. I called 8/11, and was told it was due the next week. I asked for my salesman to find out an exact date, and call me back. He promised he would. Never received a call until the order finally arrived on 8/23. I was not offered an explanation or an apology. These people actually have a jar on the their office desk that says, "Ashes of problem customers." I ask you, what is wrong with that picture. Zero customer service.

Cant get my order right and damaged furniture

May 15, ordered from Home and Mattress Revolution. 7-10 days, its now June 18..They dont answer their phone..no returned phone calls..Dont show or call when they were suppose to..Sceduled 6 delivery times. Showed once with wrong items..Finally went to pick up myself and items are damaged..Owner Jacquiline wants nothing to do with me and stated she wants to wash her hands of me and put me in some other employees hands. Will not return money. Their full of excuses of why you dont get your items. Very unprofessional.not even accredited with BBB.

Did not deliver on time or the rite product orderd

We ordered a mattress from this place on 5/5/11. We were promised a delivery within 7-10 business days and up to three days for inspection. After numerose calls and nobody calling back or calling to set up a delivery date. We finally recieved one on 6/1/11 That was the wrong one. After being told ours was sent to another house and that we would have to get it delivered in the morning. Well, we got what was suppose to be ours? (used) It was the wrong model. I called the manufacture to confirm this and was told by them that that model was discontiued. I went back to the store to confront these people and was then told that they knew it was discontinued and that the one we got was a substatute model. It was way off from what we ordered. So she offered a choice of substatutes and we were promised it delivered between 4:oopm And 6:30. It is now 8:30 and no mattress or answer from them. They are open till 9:00 but don't anwer there phones apperantly? And we also saw them wrap up a used mattress and sent that out for delivery for some one else and we confronted them on that issue as well. So double check your items if you for some resone choose these poeple.

Broken Promises

First, this place is very deceiving in its appearance. The display is alluring and they are located at the home of store that had a good reputation many years ago. We ordered two mattress sets and when they didn't deliver, we had to show up unannounced twice and be irate in order to get a response. They did not want to give a refund even though the mattress was extremely late. I eventually got a refund on one mattress and they magically discovered the other one was sitting in their store. They had several excuses about why we didn't receive our product and why they didn't even have record of what product we ordered! They do not follow through with the time frame, keep customers waiting and don't answer phone and messages. They have an unprofessional environment. Take your money elsewhere.

STILL WAITING AFTER 3 months !

OMG! These people are TERRIBLE! I placed an order for several items in februaury . I was told the items would be delivered in 7-10 days and . I didnt get it until almost 2 months later. They didnt even fill the order correctly. They brought the wrong stuff and now here we are MID MAY and still NOTHING.... I have a bed that they gave me as a loaner, IN THE WRONG COLOR! WTF? These people are bad business, THIEVES if you ask me. I want to go in the store and tear up all their ***...These people are crooks, BEWARE...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

We were looking to save some money and was advised about a company from a friend located in Tampa. They are really nice until you pay them. We ordered 4 items on 6/29/2010 and it it now 8/28/2010 and only received 2 and a half. When they are supposed to deliver your items it doesn't come. They don't call you to advise you of anything. I called to get a refund and I was told that I can not cause she already placed the order, the only problem with that is I was told that a month later. I am suppose to get my items today, lets see if that happens. The company name use to be Half National Mattress, it is now called Home and Mattress Revolution USA located on 2010 E. Bush Blvd Tampa, Fl 33612.

It was almost 2 months later... after countless promises of delivery and i finally went back to my bank and disputed the charge.

The bank is able to do this within 60 days...If you have not received your merchandise...please dispute.

This company is a rip off....I finally decided to take back what was mine. My $2800.00 that i had paid in full!!!!

Every bit of what is on here is true. I honest to God have had such a bad experience with these people that i believe everything on here.

She cant change my out look on them not after what ive been through. Single mom spent 850.00 in may, 2011 and still sleeping on an air mattress with all the wrong and damaged items sitting in my garage.

This store needs to be shut down. I can guarantee you first hand the bad reviews are true and Jackie's replies are simply to keep covering up her horrible unethical business.

There was a fire in the building because they were running the whole thing off of a generator, the fire marshall shut the building down not only because a very small part of it caught fire due to the generator but also because the entire building (warehouse specifically) was way out of code and still is. She also needs to be audited by the IRS. I and numerous other employees never received W2 or any type of tax forms. I can only imagine what else is fraudulent about this company.

Her citizenship is probably fraudulent as well. Still think this is a competitor?
